Elissa Da Costa-Waldman
Since 1990, Elissa has built an inclusive, diverse practice focused on Matrimonial Finance and cohabitation. In addition. Elisssa works on private child law matters, including contact and residence disputes and relocation, whether domestic or international. She also undertakes work within the Court of Protection. Elissa is an experienced Mediator since 2003, a qualified collaborative lawyer, and as of June 2012, she is also an accredited Family Law Arbitrator.

Rebekah Gershuny
Rebekah is an experienced family solicitor and accredited family mediator. She is the founder of Evolve Family Mediation, a bespoke family mediation practice, and is also a family law consultant with Freemans Solicitors. In addition, Rebekah is a qualified Collaborative Lawyer, and is a Hybrid Family and Child Inclusive Family Mediator. She is also one of the founder members and the chairperson of Family Dispute Solutions.

Elizabeth Sulkin
Elizabeth is a practising family law Solicitor, Mediator, and Collaborative practitioner, working in the areas of family finances and child arrangements. In her Mediation practice, she works as a Child Inclusive Mediator and as a Hybrid Mediator, as well as providing support to other Mediators in her role as a Professional Practice Consultant. Elizabeth also sits on the Resolution Domestic Abuse Committee and is an examiner for the Resolution (Domestic Abuse) Specialist Accreditation scheme. She is a passionate advocate for non-court dispute resolution options and is a member of the Family Dispute Solutions group.

James Evans
James is a professional liaison for OurFamilyWizard. His role includes educating judges, barristers, solicitors, mediators and other family law professionals on the online tools that can be utilised to benefit and monitor parental communication in high conflict cases.
